What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great compensation (above the market in my opinion), and good insurance. PS: being rewarded for exercising is also quite nice
What did you like most about the interview process?
Technical interviews were more goodwill discussions, similar to what you would have in an actual team when trying to solve a problem together. They do all they can to make you comfortable and able to show your best
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very knowledgeable on the fin-tech domain and what the long term vision for the company should be, but also listening carefully to tech recommendations. I personally find there is a good balance between tech and product priorities, which, for software engineers, is something we value a lot!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel people here are great engineers, experienced, knowledgeable, which is my top priority when choosing a company. The company's mindset is really positive and solution oriented, you do your best and if some problem arise you work to find a solution, no time nor energy wasted on pointing fingers
