Everyone is tired and burnout...we want time off and better pay

Having one boss is nice. No micro managing, not a bunch of administrators telling me what to do..just one boss...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think in general nurses are trying to be positive because we don't know what else to do at this point....we need better pay and more time off
