What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership need to improve communication, move from micromanagement to delegation, encourage initiative & development opportunities, and stick to their word.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Communication needs to improve and it should be consistent and transparent to everyone in the department. Meetings should be held.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was referred by a current employee, so I did not have an interview. However, I had an interview for a position I applied for recently. I felt discouraged afterwards.

What makes you most happy at work?

The patients brighten my day with their resilience. I enjoy helping them and adding a little sunshine to their day. Nurses & doctors are highly capable. Their relentless work is inspiring.
