The staff is all great people. Just watch out for the management.

They are very positive and load you up with a ton of positive false narratives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bosses do not care about their employees. You could be fired tomorrow for little to no reason and nothing is done.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management and leaders need to stop disbanding entire departments and ruining peoples lives, the same lives that dedicated their career to UPMC.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

management has a huge issue of lying to your face consistently when asked questions about hospital shut downs and layoffs. Transparency is not a thing with UPMC.
