Feel very unappreciated. Work very hard and do the job of multiple people, not compensated well.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More staff to help with patient care.

What makes you most happy at work?

Coworkers. Patients. Dr. Seeing the progress patients make.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication and helping out others. Not just complaining about things.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We all are there to help our patients and care deeply about them.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was comfortable. But it was completed a long time ago with a different owner.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not have as many meetings. To not micromanage so much. Communication. Trusting employees. Listening to employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworkers. Care very much about our patients. We listen to each other. Work well as a team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Severely overworked. Do the job of multiple employees. Micromanaged. No one listens. Fix problems of others because they believe it's not their problem, but no credit. Be monetarily compensated for the amount of work performed. More vacation time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Staff is overworked and underpaid. Management spends so much time in meetings, but not on the floors with staff seeing the problems we face daily. So many managers, but not enough staff. Staff (other than nursing) needs more compensation with pay and education opportunities.
