The admin team tries to make things as interesting as possible.

I got to sit with a panel of personnel for the interview.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at evaluating their personnel and realizing their worth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equal pay for the amount of time we as employees put in and also better healthcare.....We have terrible coverage considering we work for one of the biggest health care providers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay us fairly and make sure we are alright as a company. Half of the workers struggle daily just to get to our jobs because we are so underpayed and understaffed.
