What are some of the best things about your team?

We all get along great and work well together.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm not sure what my compensation package has included in it.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My manager was easy to get along with from the get go which made the interview process a little easier.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I am not very sure what I like the best about the leadership. I think they definitely have been improving though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Upmc uses every opportunity to pay the minimum possible salary. Even when on a 1 percent retention list. It's sickening how much the executives and doctor pay themselves and each other when they couldn't see a tenth of the patients without the engineers doing most of their work.
