Hire more nurses and registration staff. Wait times should not be hours long.

I like my coworkers. We are definitely over worked though to the point that it is an unsafe for both employees and patients.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee safety needs to be a priority. Employees should not work by themselves at night in an ER leaving them at risk for injury or attack.
