Figure out how to fix the toxic politics inherent in the company.
Our President is more of the tell us what's wrong kind of person, rather than trying to lift us up. It's a lot of negativity. He could benefit from a leadership conference or two.
The VP of Operations is a big bully - she will make you feel horrible over the most miniscule things. She also exects you to work a higher position while only paying you for a lower one. She exects people to put in 50-60 hours a week, while she only works 20.

Literally anything. This company does not take care of it's employees and if you work here it is a job and they treat you that way. Don't come here expecting a career.
Proper pay for how much work was done or if there were more employees to share the amount of work needing done.
I am severly underpaid, and very overworked.

My direct team was fine but crossfunctionally there were lots of issues. Passing the buck was 2nd nature.

The culture is bad, the products are bad, there is to much who you know and not what you know going on.
We get very little guidance and then are blamed when anything goes wrong.
