I love the work I do, however I am not fairly compensated.

I am severly underpaid, and very overworked.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work great together. We are all overworked.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We get very little guidance and then are blamed when anything goes wrong.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We are expected to work extremly long hours, without any benefits. We also do not have any fun, only work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The VP of Operations is a big bully - she will make you feel horrible over the most miniscule things. She also exects you to work a higher position while only paying you for a lower one. She exects people to put in 50-60 hours a week, while she only works 20.
