What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Figure out how to fix the toxic politics inherent in the company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My direct team was fine but crossfunctionally there were lots of issues. Passing the buck was 2nd nature.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Proper pay for how much work was done or if there were more employees to share the amount of work needing done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The culture is bad, the products are bad, there is to much who you know and not what you know going on.
