- What did you like most about the interview process?It was a panel interview. Questions were generally manageable.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The heritage of USCIS is worth noting. It was formerly the INS. It was a better place to work under its old name. Management was more involved and less condescending to employees. In a sense it had a glorious past.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Health insurance. TSP. These things are not as good as they once were. And, no, you don't retire with a full pension. You end up with about 11% of your salary--a pittance. Pre-1983 pensions were better.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?High turnover from insane expectations and no actual on-boarding, just jump in and figure it out but oh, when you can't figure out, you will be written up for not figuring it out.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The way management is selected is a problem. Favoritism and insider cliques weigh heavily in determining who ends up in management. Competency is thrown out in favor of who knows who. Another factor is organizational bullying of employees who speak up or object to mistreatment & bad circumstances
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Quite gossiping. Gossiping and bad mouthing all day and every day.
