USIC Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

The ability to walk out of my house into a company vehicle and look forward to working with the good co workers

Variety of job types. Drive time, and moving around constantly. New scenery and all kinds of scenarios. Meeting different people.

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to music in my truck

Interaction with customers and nature

Working with coworkers that care

The anticipation of a satisfied customer. Being able to manage and eliminate risk for customers within the field.

Review from Operations Dept

I have a career. I am proud of myself

Training new hires and seeing them reach the point where the lightbulb goes off and they start to get it.

I had one trustworthy coworker, but we both knew the environment was toxic.

Independence and the ability to promote

Freedom of no cameras watching me.

No Chaos, no drama, no politics.

The knowledge that I did the locate right.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are being rushed and forced to meet quota with zero incentive to do so. We have to float to other areas and those areas don't float to help us out either. the entire work space is not fair and should be reviewed.

Review from Operations Dept

There is literally one pro to this job and that's you can take home a company truck.

Stop taking on new contract you know you can't fulfill

Too much workload, too few people, terrible training, low pay, mandatory overtime and weekend work.

Management needs to stop exploiting the workers

hold people accountable and get a supervisor that does his job that does not worry about when his 8 hours are up because is salary

I already said it. Employees are being worked to the point of exhaustion, particularly the gas locators.

Review from Operations Dept

increase staffing, improve benefits to make it a job worth keeping.

Value the employees and make the feel appreciated

Review from Operations Dept

Management does not lead by example if you opperate as they do you will be fired or demoted like in was.

Review from Operations Dept

More money always show that the employee is appreciated very stressful job and you always say I would do it for more money no problem

Our clients play games and the executives want to only please. This makes for some unreasonable practices.

Review from Operations Dept

Supervisors feel that if anything happens it’s your fault period. Instead of looking at an overall picture and saying how can we effectively do this better. I cross paths with people every day in my field that invite me to work for there company. There biggest selling point is it’s managed better.
