Great company, I have worked for other companies and USIC actually treats me like a person.. not a number. But it sure has alot to do on who your supervisor and managers are. Mine are great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our director is extremely positive and enthusiastic, which makes the rest of the team pumped up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For how many years of locating experience I have including damage investigations and audits I do feel that I am under compinsated but we will see what happens in the future
