Some people were amazing - super helpful and kind. Many would kick you in the face if it meant it would help them to get up the ladder. Beware!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Micromanaging ego maniacs running this company. You can get the rug pulled out from under you at any given moment without warning. Toxic, unhealthy work environment where you can't trust anyone.
