Very Hands-On as well as carrying to the point of letting you know that you are not just an employee or a number that meant a lot to me
They have good content for the job
They helping in anyway possible and they are really worried about safety a lot

I do use the company insurance but I do use retirement programs

We all get along and have a sense of humor. No one takes anything to heart.

I liked the person who interviewed me...the people seemed great. But that all changed once you are hired.

The ability to walk out of my house into a company vehicle and look forward to working with the good co workers
Variety of job types. Drive time, and moving around constantly. New scenery and all kinds of scenarios. Meeting different people.
