Vail Resorts can be a fun place to work. The product is enticing and that helps keep things exciting. That said, the pay is quite a bit lower than market and not a lot being done to resolve that. The expectations are high and the pace is faster than most companies.

The leadership teams are mostly approachable with not a lot of ego.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very friendly and welcoming. I did not feel like I was being interviewed and it felt more like a conversation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to have a lot of fun. Fun is a core value of the company and our product is certainly a lot of fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along really well. We have done a nice job of ensuring a strong bond between everyone. We do not feel required to be best friends but we all naturally mesh well which is a nice thing for how much time we spend together.
