What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff support each other because we know we are all undervalued. I feel valued by my coworkers because we all make it bearable and fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were open to answering all of my questions, and transferred my application internally to a different position than I originally applied for because they listened to my needs and found a better fit for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is public knowledge how many passes Vail Resorts sells and the cost of each pass is exorbitant. They cannot offer quality service, and I don't like working for a company who treats their customers so disrepectfully.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My personal, direct manager is amazing. He is so considerate, and makes me want to do a good job at work to represent him and the hard work he puts in to make my job an enjoyable experience.
