Salaried employees are expected to work 50+ hours per week. There is no incentive or benefits to work long hours.

Better pay for all employees and a higher focus on employee retention. Housing stipends for employees who work in resort areas.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Realizing that employees are their greatest asset. Re-invest in employees and realize that profits may take a hit in the short term but happy employees will ultimately will result in long term profit growth.
