My coworkers were at times uncooperative and condisending.

being open to questions more if I'm being aksed to speak then listen to me
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to your employees who have more experience. My boss said my mountain and I have been skiing it prior to his birth. I thought that was arrogant.
