Long hours, expected to work on vacation, lack of integrity, micromanagement.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop the micromanagement (EC controls everything) and empower your lower level workers and managers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Empower employees, stop making them work on vacation, don’t give them nightly “homework”, lead by example, show some integrity and stop lying, stop micromanaging (EC calls it alignment b
