What are some of the best things about your team?

Ability to still accomplish tasks and meet unrealistic timelines

What makes you most happy at work?

taking the time to do things correctly, not being restricted by unrealistic timelines

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The draw to work for Vail resorts has always been the perks, which, have been slowly stripped from employees as the years pass.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A pay rate that allows employees to live in the resort towns. Vail Mountain's starting wage is less than a majority of the businesses in the surrounding valley, If not made apparent by the lack of staff for the 2020 season. A ski pass and housing are not enough incentive for the decrease in pay
