Stop forcing employees to endure interview for 10 days. Respect peoples time and don't expect them to come back to your office twice.

Leadership at Vail resorts is all about reinforcing toxic leadership beliefs of your immediate boss. Leaders do not care one bit about their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Vail leadership team is the most toxic i have ever seen. They try to brainwash their employees with the mantra of "agility" and "resilience" as they try to normalize a 14 hour work day. STAY AWAY.
