Pay their employees livable wages in some of the highest cost areas in the entire country

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The ski areas are in some of the most expensive areas in the country. Costs of housing and basic necessities are through the roof and Vail needs to update their wage system in order to hire and retain better staff. Underpayment is direct cause of high turnover.
