Management is really easy to communicate with. I've never personally had an issue with management. In the past, managers with difficult personalities have come along briefly, but other managers have been really quick to resolve any issues and put someone more appropriate in charge.

Not having to answer a phone.

You know how some people get up in the morning and feel "sick to their stomachs" or get the "Sunday Scaries" going back to their jobs on Monday? I can honestly say I've never felt that while working at Verisys. I feel very fortunate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no discipline or repercussions for repeated errors. Employees will work at the level of standard they are held to. If they actually felt their job was on the line for not following company rules, repeated errors would significantly decrease. Morale would also increase as a result.
