High overturn. co-workers who cuss, sexually assault others, etc but everyone is scared to speak out- will get fired
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are extremely unprofessional or have no work ethics, surprise they have not been fired yet. The few that are great end up leaving.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We hire unprofessional and unqualified people. Can't get better people because of the pay and environment. Better pay and structured training and get rid of the bad people.
