TEAMWORK!!! Communication is key! Build a positive attitude

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stay off your phone, be a better example, train your employees properly and at least pretend to WANT to train people..

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The employees at this store are careless about how fast we get the food out. Careless if the order is correct or not..
