They didnt give me my paycheck, and i was supposed to have covid pay from when i had covid. So im very unsatisfied with the company

Nothing. Its the worst experince ive ever had.

They need to actually hire someone who knows what theyre doing.

Everything. Theyre lazy and dont do anything. The store is dirty and Disgusting inside and out
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. None of the managers want to be there, which causes for a bad work place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because, i didnt recive my paycheck on 10/01/2021. I was supposed to recieve COVID pay from when i had tested positive for covid and couldnt work.
