An actual store manager who does ther job and makes sure the employees have all of the containers, cups, etc that they need to keep the store running smooth.
Going to work and having a boss that actually does a schedule, does ordering. Management that is actually working and trying to maintain a decent work environment for the employees and customers would be appreciated.
She was honest and told me how it was there. Most employees show up for a paycheck not for the job and its been like that awhile. Atleast she was honest she has worked with the same people for a long time so they show up when they want if they want and continue to have a job alot leave on the clock
