If I'm puking my guts out I still need to make it to work. Paid sick time would be amazing because we all have bills to pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding we're human. We need breaks and it takes every ounce of energy from a short staffed team to reach even close to our time goals. And when we are slightly over we get criticized to the bone.
