What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the store manager isnt trying to manage or scream through a camera and is actually at the store.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training. Respecting employees spaces. Actually being at the store to manage. Smoking way too much marijuana too a point of paranoia and that they create fear in their heads.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Current manager either needs a ethics and management training course. Also needs to learn how to be a better leader and work on customer service. He cant be telling every bad customer hes going to trespass them. Needs to be able to handle his emotions.
