I have been underpaid. I was told I would be hired at $12.00/hr, and have been getting paid at $9.75/hr. I have asked several times for this to be fixed to no avail.

We work hard to try and get things done in a timely and efficient manager, even if there are some setbacks.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have learned a great deal here and have come to understand how to work things better, such as handling money and cooking/food preparation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is more of an issue concerning correct payment. If you hire someone at a promised rate, and pay them less than the promised rate, you are breaking the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
