Knowing that customers are getting hot fresh food.which makes them smile and come back

Well if im entitled to benifits i wasnt informed about them .. it would be great if i had them

We work as a team.. And work much better when our mgr is not there. We have another mgr there and its so peaceful when shes there
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That all of us work as a team even though we dont like working with the manager. She yelled at me for changing the dirty sink water.. said it was her water cost...lol
