If im going to get in trouble for being late everybody needs to get in trouble and for the people that call in once a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don’t appreciate anything i do around there. Ive been there for almost three years and i just started to get paid 10/an hour. I do everything around there the morning manger and the one girl barely do any prep so i do it all in the afternoon when im not busy. They bully me and the gm dont car
