At first working at Wendy's was awesome but when the manager works the same shift as everyone, everyone becomes fearfull ,stressed and overly negative lowering morale constantly some employees even display physical fear of the manager
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee morale and not transferring stress and anger on the lower ranking employees
What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow bottom of the totem coworkers they help me through each day and teach me so much they are truly amazing
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is kind and understanding and patient,my team is very hard working and open to answer any question or help with any task
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because every day I come to work and give it my all and am told by my manager that I should be embarrassed by my work accomplishments (or lack there of ) even though I've only been there a short time sadly I can see why there is such a high turnover rate
