Get medical help for injured crew. Stop piling more work onto over-worked crew. Have some compassion for the crew.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing the crew. Schedules are always wrong. No help given when asked. Medical help after an injury is discouraged. Most of the night crew is leaving or have already left.
