Better pay makes for happier employees who don't leave when they are mistreated. The turn over rate is so high because why not when you don't get paid much and get treated like garbage to boot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe better pay and some benefits because the only one I know if it's a weeks paid vacation after being there a year. And I'm manager so a year there is tougher for me then crew I should be able to receive more then crew after a year!
