Teamwork, communication, trust, and patience
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, respect, delegation, responsibility, empathy, and optimism. Managers lack these qualitites, especially night manager.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers need to care about their emplyees and the food they serve. Its nasty in there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers do not do their jobs to the nest of their abolities therfore employees do not. Managers need to take classes on how to manage.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would actually interview the person, they did not interveiw me. They had a blank paper and a pen and told me to just talk about anything because she needs to pretend shes interveiwing me and i already have the job.
