Our General Manager is rude. He comments on his employees weight, even talking about a worker who has eating disorders and saying she should starve herself. He has one if his shift managers doing his job for him. Store 12378 needs help, Phillip is rude lazy and doesnt know whaf hes doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We either need the girl who is doing phillips job to be made a general manager or a new general manager who knows what they are doing.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
An actual interview would be nice people get hired then have to quit because their not able to do anything or phillip refuses to work with them on anything
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The general manager needs to go and the manager who makes the schedule and helps us everytime we call needs to be made the general manager or the assistant general manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This whole job, ive asked for a raise for months because im not being paid for the extra work i do, my gm is rude and pokes fun about everyone on things they've asked him not to.
