Their ability to perform under pressure while lacking the proper tools and support.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Shift managers only make $0.60 more than crew with far more responsibilities. No profit sharing/bonus for shift managers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The capability trap: stop blaming crew for poor performance when in actuality it is the lack of tools, proper training and labour scale back!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Proper and clear training plans. Ex. Day 1 Front/POS pairing them with a specific person assisting them with their first few orders. Not "figure it out". Communicate with a laminated checklist all the duties of that position; show them how to complete those duties. When diligent train next position.
