They are chill and cool to be with and talk to and understand what we need to do most of the time when we need to be
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
when me and my co workers just goof around when we don't have much to do and the store until we get a costumer in the store or through the drive thru.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yeah... They took away our free meals, we are always short staff, either nothing gets done or they don't get done the right way or leave unfinished, our GM is a joke and sometimes ruins something that didn't need to be touched and so much more
