it was nice at first and calming sometimes overwhelming when a certain quota has to be reached sometimes it reflect on the managers negatively or positively and it affects the coworkers.

when they acknowledge everyone in the workplace, make sure everybody is doing their job and understanding

we try to encourage each other to get through a shift , we say hi to every customer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
simply because i have experience, we get paid every 2 weeks and i dont be seeing my hourly effort on the check i have to get it split on 3 different checks every month.
