Overall it's great at the corperate level. I feel that from the DM level down management could use more support and training.

Communication skills and training. Also, more support from their manager.

A higher living wage would be great with higher raises and more frequently.

Supporting and caring environment that not only looks out for the customer but also the employee.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The flexibility to interview when I could. They worked with me around my then current employers schedule.
