What is the best part about your compensation package?
We were given instant pay cards that allowed us to get paid daily.

At the time I was hired, i didn't have my documents and I was giving time to get the items I needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looked out for each other. If the drive thru backed up, my coworkers were quick to help. Even if it put them behind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very understanding and never judged. There was many times that I was in a tough place and homeless and no one questioned me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have my set area and set responsibilities that I know what I have to do and how to do it best. I'm able to time my activities and get things done more efficiently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When there was performance issues with lower management and regular crew members, upper management came in to observe our work. The head CEO came in and got hands on with teaching us different strategies to do more efficient work. They were more worried about raising productivity then punishment.
