They were understanding of my experience at this work place in another state and offered me a manager position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never appreciated for what I do. Reorganized the entire stock room and was reprimanded by the way the boxes were cut.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers can sometimes be rude and the co workers sometimes do not listen to commands or do not work fast enough during busy hours.
