It was pretty good until they decided to lay off all of their IT employees at the Dublin, OH HQ. They did it 2 weeks before Christmas, giving everyone an end date and severance package, and all of the contractors are told their contracts will expire.

The people who interviewed me were both very technical and I've learnt a lot from them
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're very intelligent and a lot of them have been there a long time and have a lot of in depth knowledge
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not laying off all your employees to save a buck, which ultimately won't even save you money because you have to deal with awful outsourced IT, who in my experience only produce mediocre work. Wendy's "Digital Experience" is going to be very mediocre in the coming years.
