Doing their job properly and caring about the employees, not just the money

Employees are treated very poorly. Each person has to do 500 things at once while managers sit in their office playing on their phone

I didn't even get interviewed. I was asked if I have the necessary paperwork and was hired. they are very desperate for employees because everyone is leaving
