What's exciting has better opportunities and things to do but sometimes I question the ability of management and wonder why there are five managers on this shift all barking orders with 2 or three crew members trying to run the whole show while being barked orders from all the management

My attitude I try to bring out and lift up everyone around not complaining or putting down other employees

If there was less Chiefs and more Indians and work performance was appreciated and rewarded instead of taking advantage of

The opportunity to make it a better place put a smile on people's face be of service to community especially the older people who come into the store
