Ugh...It's been meh, most of the time. There are certainly good days here, but usually I'm wishing that customers would stop showing up and give us a break for a little bit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing more than what i get paid to do as a shift lead. Better pay, clearer expectations of what is expected, and training BEFORE I do the job would be nice.
