Pay your staff on time. Find better leadership. Because shouldn't be able to talk to their staff like dogs!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Because you don't pay your staff accordingly and when they have worked and looking for their paycheck it's not there and you can't correct it or it takes you weeks to correct people's paychecks that is not good for business
